# Acktide

> Acktide delivers monitoring alerts to on-call engineers through a dedicated app, schedules, acknowledgment and escalation. Available as Cloud, Free and Enterprise.

Android 8+ is available. iOS 17+ is being prepared for release. Free is a self-hosted binary distribution, not a public open-source release. Phones need network access to the server. Cloud costs RUB 2,000 per recipient per month, with a 5-recipient minimum and a 30-day trial. Reports expose median and p95 values through JSON APIs /v1/metrics and /v1/reports; there is no Prometheus /metrics exporter.
