Teams supporting multiple projects

# Alerts from independent projects on one phone.

Supporting several separate projects, either within your company or for different clients? Connect their Acktide installations to one phone. The app receives alerts from all of them and sends ACK back to the server where the event originated.

## Each project keeps its own data.

Every installation has its own server, database and members. Engineers connect to each one in Android using their own accounts. The organization currently open in the app does not change where an ACK from a notification is sent.

## What to check before a shift

- Send a test alert from each installation and check the organization name in the notification.

- Tap ACK while a different organization is open in the app. Check the acknowledgment on the originating server.

- Check the phone can reach each server over your working networks and VPN, if required.

- Repeat with the screen off and after reconnecting to the network. Configure primary and backup recipients separately for each client.

## Scope and limits

These are independent Android connections. Each installation has its own schedules, escalation policies and reports, and each needs to be operated separately. There is currently no single web console, shared schedule or combined report across installations. If projects can share one installation, separate them using services, teams and routes; a separate server is not required for every project. Android is available for self-service setup; iOS, SMS and call availability is described on the [channels page](https://acktide.com/en/limits.html#channels).

## Deployment and support

Free has no expiry or license limits on users and events. Enterprise adds OIDC/SSO, updates and contracted support. Enterprise pricing and terms are agreed for each client organization. Backup sites within that organization’s agreed environment are included in the same contract.
