Run Acktide in your own environment, connect corporate sign-in and test delivery on your on-call team’s devices. Enterprise runs on your infrastructure.

Single sign-on
OIDC/SSO with your identity provider. Included in the current Enterprise release.
Operations
Background delivery on your selected phones, connection recovery and agreed site-failure scenarios.
Schedules, multi-step escalation, incident reviews and reports are available. SCIM, granular permissions and management of multiple workspaces within one organization are not included.
How the pilot works
- Before you startWe agree on your goals, a contact on your team, success criteria and the price of a subsequent subscription.
- 30 calendar daysWe provide the Enterprise build and a signed license key. Run the pilot on your infrastructure with an agreed set of services and devices.
- Review the results togetherWe document results, limits and open questions. If you purchase, we replace the trial key with an annual key. No data migration is needed.
Before the pilot ends, check the local administrator login: OIDC is disabled without an active key. Event ingestion, device delivery and ACK keep working.

Android is available for self-service setup. The public iOS release is not yet available. SMS and calls require configuring and testing an external provider. Pilot support and implementation work are agreed separately.

What the proposal covers
Before the pilot, we agree on active recipients and the deployment environment, the OIDC provider, support hours and channel, and the process for requests and updates. Implementation and custom integrations are quoted separately. The contract does not include round-the-clock operation of your servers.
Current pricing: up to 15 active recipients starts at RUB 240,000/year; up to 50 starts at RUB 540,000/year, excluding VAT. Applicable VAT is specified in the proposal. These are Enterprise prices for your infrastructure, not Cloud pricing.
