Acktide features and operating requirements
Acktide receives monitoring events, notifies on-call engineers and keeps a record of their response. Here are the available features, delivery channels and requirements.
Delivery and response
- Alertmanager, Grafana, Sentry, Zabbix and generic webhook integrations; event deduplication
- Android 8+: direct server connection without mandatory Google Services
- ACK, snoozing, assigning an owner, resolution and delivery history
- On-call schedules, calendar rotations, time zones and temporary overrides
- Multi-step escalation, repeats, quiet hours and backup recipients
- Teams and services with owners, escalation policies and runbooks
- Comments, incident reviews and follow-up tasks with owners and due dates
- Reports by service, team and owner: median and p95 acknowledgment and resolution times; CSV export
Hosting and control
- Free and Enterprise on your infrastructure: Docker Compose, systemd, backup/restore; Helm is available as part of an agreed delivery
- Peering between installations with independent databases for site redundancy
- Multiple independent projects and organizations in one Android app
- Basic roles, invitations, audit trail, device revocation and retention settings
- OIDC/SSO in Enterprise with an active license
- Cloud: 30 days without a card, then RUB 10,000/month for up to 5 recipients and RUB 2,000/month for each additional recipient; annual billing costs the equivalent of 10 months
Standard Cloud does not include OIDC/SSO or peering. Multiple client installations in the app are separate connections, not a shared administration console for all organizations.

A provider accepting a message does not mean a person received it. SMS and calls do not acknowledge an incident; ACK is performed in the app.
What to test in your environment
The phone needs access to the server. A self-hosted backup should be outside the primary channel’s failure domain. Background operation and sound depend on Android settings and firmware.

Not included in the current release
SCIM, granular enterprise permissions, management of multiple workspaces within one organization, and extended enterprise auditing. Basic roles, auditing and incident reports are available.
Ready-to-run Free builds for Linux are on the installation page: Docker or systemd. Source code is not included in the public distribution.
