Billing and terms
Who counts as an alert recipient in Cloud?
Anyone configured to receive alerts directly, through a team, schedule or escalation. Backup engineers count even if they receive no alerts. Multiple devices belonging to one person count once; users without alert delivery are free.
How is Cloud billed?
By invoice, monthly or annually, with no card on file or automatic charges. A year costs RUB 100,000 for up to 5 recipients and RUB 20,000 for each additional recipient, equivalent to 10 months. Alert volume does not affect the bill. Implementation, custom integrations, SMS and calls are charged separately on agreed terms.
What happens if I do not renew Cloud?
Ingestion of new incidents is paused. Updates to existing alerts, delivery, ACK and exports continue within the retention period.
How do I purchase Enterprise?
We agree on the environment, number of recipients and support, then issue a 30-day trial license. After the pilot, purchase an annual contract by invoice. Up to 15 active recipients starts at RUB 240,000/year; up to 50 starts at RUB 540,000/year. Backup sites in the same environment are included in the contract. Implementation, custom integrations and extended support are agreed separately.
